Guiding high performers

Right now I serve as Player Management Coordinator for a professional MLS club, overseeing everything athletes need off the field — housing, transportation, all the necessities for living in a new country while competing at the highest level. These are elite performers, and my role is to ensure nothing stands between them and their best selves. I have learned what it takes to support ambitious people under real pressure, as well as the trust you must develop between each other, in order to make it all possible.

Developing people

Before this, I worked in coaching and operations for a Division I football program. That experience taught me what leadership truly is: not authority, but the ability to unlock potential in those around you. This principle, consistently bringing out excellence in people, highlights everything I do.

Still in the arena

I am not just leading from the sidelines. I have founded and managed multiple social media brands — years navigating the algorithm, daily content schedules, and the discipline required to build and sustain an audience. I am also a working fashion model, currently represented across multiple states. I understand firsthand the demands of performing at a high level in the public eye. I would not ask any creator to do anything I would not do myself.

Why I do this
